You may appointment and visit to Golden Chef Butterworth Main Campus or Spice Arena Campus to enroll.

You may go to    https://gcca-pay.my/  and click on  “Register Now" to enroll.

Once register done, you may WhatsApp to 011-16433119 or 010-3823119

DOCUMENTS

NEEDED

Submit together with the following. (You may submit while you visit to campus)

  1. One (1) CERTIFIED photocopy of SPM/ UEC/ IGCSE/ PMR/ PT3 Result and One (1) School Leaving Certificate photocopy.
  2. Three (3) Passport size photo.
  3. One (1) Identity card photocopy. (in front and back in 1 page)
  4. One (1) Insurance nominee identity card photocopy. (in front and back in 1 page)
