Higher Diploma International In Culinary Arts Management – Patisseries
The Higher Diploma International in Patisseries is designed for students who are passionate about baking and aspire to build a professional career in the pastry and confectionery industry. The programme combines essential pastry knowledge with extensive hands-on training in baking, cake decoration, chocolate, desserts, bread, and modern patisserie techniques. Students will develop their creativity, technical skills, and professional confidence, preparing them for exciting career opportunities in hotels, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, and the international hospitality industry.
Application Process
How to Apply
Submit your application by email to [email protected]. Make sure to prepare and upload all the required documents listed below to avoid any delays in processing:
1. Photographs
· One (1) passport-sized photograph in JPG
· Coloured with a white background
· Size: 3.5 cm (W) x 4.5 cm (H)
2. Passport Copies
· Submit one (1) coloured photocopy of your passport
· Ensure your passport is valid for at least eighteen (18) months from the date of admission or submission*
· Include all pages of the passport, including front and back covers. Page numbers must be clearly visible
*Note: For Indonesian students, your passport must be valid for at least twenty-seven (27) months from your programme start date (for programmes two (2) years or longer)
3. Academic Documents
· Certified copies of your academic transcripts and completion certificates
· Include documents from O-Level (or equivalent) onwards to your highest qualification level
· If your documents are not in English, provide both the original language version and an official English translation
4. Health Examination
· Submit a completed Health Examination Form. Make sure to use the standard health form approved by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
5. Additional Documents (if applicable)
If you are transferring from another higher education institution in Malaysia, you’ll also need:
· A release letter and visa cancellation confirmation from your previous institution
· A copy of your passport page with exit stamp (if applicable)
· A visa cancellation confirmation from EMGS (for expired passes without proper cancellation)
6. Registration Fee
· An advance fee of RM6,380 (subject to change), which includes the EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services) application fee and GCCA registration fee, is required before the visa application. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
