The program at GCCA offers a solid vocational education with many different career opportunities in culinary and hospitality industry, included 5 Star hotels, spa & resort, food & beverage establishment and also in many foods manufacturing management.
We provided a very strong foundation of hospitality and culinary skill and knowledge according to higher standard of hotel and hospitality industry to our students; this means the industry can easily train our students from trainee to permanent staff, and working in 5 star hotels and other job placement.
During the training, the students have the opportunity to complete an internship and to gain experience in the various areas of the hospitality industry. They meet industry professional in many section, the positive attitude and show initiative bring a very good reputation and many return to our college.
